Procedure followed in decision making:

  1. The college is governed by the “Governing Body” of the college as per the rules, act and regulations of the government of west Bengal and the UGC.
  2. Financial transactions of the college are audited by the statutory auditor appointed by the Director of Public Instruction, Government of West Bengal.
  3. Utilization of Grants received by the college from the UGC are audited by the Chartered Accountant.

The powers and duties of its officers:

The principal is the administrative head of the institution, who is responsible for overall functions of the college and also ex-officio DDO, Secretary of the Governing Body, and Appellate Authority as regards the RTI Act 2005. The Principal is assisted by different sub-committees constituted by the Governing Body of the college for running the college efficiently.

Application submitted under RTI Act, 2005 to the Principal will properly be dealt with.
