 About the DepartmentThe department was established in the year 2006. Presently, the department offers 60 seats for the General course. The education system of this department focuses on sharing knowledge upon every aspects of phytology, it's applicable benefits to humans (ayurvedam) and also its relation with other lower groups of the living world. The department also provides practical knowledge regarding microstructures of different plant groups along with the study of chromosomes. Faculty
