Scholarship and Freeship Every year Baruipur college provides fee concession (Freeship) to students coming from financially challenged families. A large number of students are benefited each year by this policy of the institution. Even in the midst of pandemic the college strictly adhered to this policy and helped students deal with financial crisis. Apart from this, students of this institution avail a number of government provided scholarships such as Post matric scholarship, Aikyashree, SVMCM, Kanayashree etc. Kanyashree- The Kanyashree Prakalpa, a flagship initiative of the Government of West Bengal, demonstrates the state's dedication to the welfare and empowerment of its female population. This ground-breaking project, which began in 2013, aims to enhance the lives of young girls and women by boosting education and preventing early marriages.
